About the product : Based on alkyd resin, air drying, quick- drying primer.      

Properties : Anti-corrosive primer, quick-drying, excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, is a good basis for the last layer of rapid paint. 

Application area : Used as a primer in materials such as parts of industrial equipment, parts of agricultural and garden equipment, in electrical appliances, cask and in metal products (doors, tables, cupboards).

Application : Surfaces for application must be clean, dry and free from rust and dust. Remove the swollen layer of old paint from the surface in order to eliminate unevenness. The necessary surface need to be putty and sanded. Sobsan Rapid Primer depending on application requirements, dilute 15-20% with a thinner Sobsan Cellulosic Thinner and apply in two layers with an paint sprayer. Between the layers must wait at least 2 hours.

Consumption : 1 kg Sobsan  Rapid Primer can be applied to one layer depending on the surface area of 7-8 m².

Storage : It can be stored non-falling direct sunlight in unopened original containers for up to 3 years at  5-35 °C. Must be protected from excessive heat and moisture.

Safety :

S 2             : Keep out of the reach of children.

S 3/7/9       : Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.

S 16           : Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking!

S 24/25      : Avoid contact with skin and eye.

S 29           : Do not empty into drains.                                                                                                        

S 46           : If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.

S 51           : Use only in well-ventilated areas.
